Remember how I told you Friday about Revolt?
And remember how I said it includes tons of great meal & workout plans?
Well includes recipes.
Serves 2
1 cup oatmeal
5 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
Mix all together and cook in a skillet on medium high heat, like a pancake.
(We use a tbs of butter but coconut oil is recommended.)
Cook through.
Serve with strawberries, berries, bananas, nuts, your choice! Sprinkle with cinnamon or top with syrup!
Me: Plain topped with fruit
Zachary: Topped with fruit and syrup
We love this breakfast! It's the perfect amount, leaving us feeling satisfied to lunch or mid morning snack, but not sluggish like regular pancakes.
Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteRevolt is going well! I am also training for a marathon at the same time. Trying not to injury myself from all of the running so I can dedicate the other half of me to Revolt. I am feeling stronger and my running has improved! How are you doing??
